Quail Run Homestead is a family farm based out of Muskogee, Oklahoma where myself (Jon), my wife (Haley) and our four kids now run a 2.7 acre poultry farm.
We started in the city limits in a small neighborhood in 2020 when we decided, as a lot of people in our area did, to start raising chickens for their eggs. Within a few months of raising chickens, we added quail. We very quickly went from 30 to 600 quail. As you can imagine, we quickly ran out of room.
In 2021, we purchased our current farm which was built in 1898 by the Jobe family. We are keeping the farming tradition alive with this property by raising quail, chickens (free range), turkeys (free range), geese (free range) and rabbits. We also provide a miniature porch pickup farm stand available all year long where you can purchase any of our products directly from the farm.
